Exotic pets campaign archive

In 1998 CAPS was the first organisation to begin campaigning against pet fairs, temporary events where reptiles, birds and other animals were on sale to the public.

Undercover investigations of the fairs proved crucial in providing the evidence to secure a ban on these events. Below are some articles from our archive regarding this campaign.
